Highly Thermal-Conductive Room-Temperature-Cured Silicone Sealant C-719

Product Characteristics:

C-719 is a kind of highly thermal conductive ad room-temperature-cured silicone sealant. It’s a dealcoholized silicone sealant non-corrosive to the electronic parts. Thanks to its high thermal conductivity, the product may disperse the heat generated by the electronic parts effectively, giving the parts a longer service life. It has excellent flame retartancy and it’s certified for its compliance with UL94V0 standard. Meanwhile, it has excellent electrical insulation property, and the applied surface will be dried real fast. It’s fully in compliance with RoHS environmental requirements.

Applicable Fields:

C-719 is widely applied in various fields, including electronic assembly and industrial material fixation etc., especially for adhesive bonding of electronic parts generating heat while in working mode.  

- For assembly/erection and fixation of the power supply module;

- Adhesive bonding of the electronic parts that may generate heat and heat radiators;

- For assembly of the LED lighting fixture;

- For assembly of the auto parts;

Notes for application:

Surface Treatment:

Make sure the surface of base material is clean, dry and free from dust, oily stains or other substances that may adversely impact proper bonding of the Product.

Primer Coat:

For the majority of the base materials, no primer is needed.

Package:

In general, it’s packaged either in tube (each in capacity of 330ml) or as designated by the User.

Storage and Shelf Life:

C-719 has a valid shelf life of 6 months when it’s unpacked and stored at temperature below 28℃. For any of the Product that’s been stored for a period beyond the limit aforesaid, Cosil does not warrant its compliance with sales terms and specification any longer. Try to fully consume any unpacked product as earlier as possible.
