A&B Transparent Silicone Potting Compound C-410

Typical Applications:

It’s typically applied as potting compound for LED strip light, and widely applied for protecting electronic devices of high MOS against vapour and air pollution in long term, for protecting wiring of high precision electrical appliances and hybird circuits, and as potting compound for small electrical appliances.

Notes for application:

• Make sure the working surface is clean and dry;
• Make sure the two components are mixed in ratio of 10:1 either by volume or weight;
• Make sure there’s 1 hour of working time for the Product under room temperature after it’s been mixed by following the recommended ratio of mixture;
• It’s to be cured under room ambient temperature;

Special Note:

Under a comparatively low room/ambient temperature, C-410 A&B may take longer time to be cured.

Package:

In general, C-410 A&B will be packed in a way of a combined unit that contains 18.2kg of A and 1.8kg of B, namely, 20kg for each unit of package.

Product Characteristics:

It must be stored in a well ventilated place at temperature below 30℃.

C-410 has a valid shelf life of 6 months when it’s unpacked and stored in a sealed status.
