Single End Terminated Polydimethylsiloxane A-4103

Product Characteristics:

COSiL® A-4103 takes the form of clear transparent liquid, with the essential component being single end methyl-alkyl-terminated polydimethylsiloxane. It’s mainly applied as the additive for silicone rubber.

Package and Storage:

It’s either packaged in plastic drum (each in capacity of 25kg) or inner coated metal bucket (each in capacity of 200Kg).

It has a shelf life of 9 months starting from its date of production when it’s stored in a cool (with an ambient temperature lower than 25℃) and dry place while with its original package remains intact. Each batch of the Product has the valid service life clearly tag marked.  

The Product MUST be stored in a sealed status during the whole period of storage. If it’s not sealed as required or it’s been transferred to another container that is less airtight than its original package for storage purpose, it might deteriorate.   

Precautions:

The Product may react with water content in the air and thus release few methanol, therefore, the working space shall be kept under good ventilation. Take personal protection measures as instructed, and avoid the Product exposure to one’s eyes. If one’s eyes are exposed to the Product by accident, rinse the eyes with large amount of clean water immediately, and seek for medical help in hospital instantly.

The User shall be responsible for complying with local safety rules and laws, and acquiring all licenses and permits as necessary. Cosil will bear no responsibilities or liabilities for any safety incidents occurred and/or losses incurred thereof in process of application of the Product. It’s duty of the User to check and make sure it has the latest version of the Technical Datasheet in hand, and Cosil may provide additional data/information(if any) upon the User’s request. Content of recommendation and/or suggestive remarks concerning application of the Product in this Technical Datasheet shall in no case be deemed or alleged as the cause for infringement of any patent rights.
