C-709X is widely applied in various fields, as a kind of high performance dealcoholized organic silicone adhesive, it’s the best choice for fixation and sealing protection of electronic assembly and industrial materials.

Notes for application:

Surface Treatment:

Make sure the surface of base material is clean, dry and free from dust, oily stains or other substances that may adversely impact the adhesive property of the Product.

Primer Coat:

For the majority of the base materials, no primer is needed for C-709X application.

Product Characteristics:

C-709X has excellent adhesive property for the majority of base materials, its film curing process may start within 20 minutes. In addition, its curing progress is fast, e.g. 2mm deep in day 1 and 5mm deep in day 3. Since de-alcoholized, it’s non-corrosive to any metal base materials, including copper and other silver coated mirror glass etc. C-709X is extremely aging-proof and weatherproof.

Package:

C-709 is packaged either in rigid plastic tube (each in capacity of 310ml), or drums (each in capacity of 25Kg or 250kg).  

Storage and Shelf Life:

C-709X has a shelf life of 9 months providing that it remains unpacked and stored at temperature below 28℃. For any of the Product that has been stored for a period beyond the limit aforesaid, Cosil does not warrant its compliance with relevant sales terms and specification any longer. Try to fully consume the unpacked product as earlier as possible .

It’s duty of the User to check and make sure it has the latest version of the Technical Datasheet in hand, and Cosil may provide additional data/information(if any) upon the User’s request.
