Highly-Flowing, Room-Temperature-Cured Silicone Sealant C-713

Product Characteristics:

C-713 is a kind of highly-flowing, room-temperature-cured silicone sealant. It’s a dealcoholized silicone sealant of low viscosity. Once applied, it may flow fast, perform filling and self-flatten. It’s solvent-free and has excellent electrical insulation property. The applied surface will be dried quite fast, and, once cured, it’ll have good adhesive property to the base material. It’s fully in compliance with RoHS environmental requirements.

C-713 is widely applied in industrial field of electronic assembly, which is deemed as the best choice of silicone sealant for interface between different precision electronic parts and for electrical circuit boards as well.

Notes for application:

Surface Treatment:

Make sure the surface of base material is clean, dry and free from dust, oily stains or other substances that may adversely impact proper bonding of the Product.

Primer Coat:

For the majority of the base materials, no primer is needed.

Package:

In general, it’s packaged either in tube (each in capacity of 330ml) or as designated by the User.

Storage and Shelf Life:

C-713 has a valid shelf life of 9 months when it’s unpacked and stored at temperature below 25℃. For any of the Product that’s been stored for a period beyond the limit aforesaid, Cosil does not warrant its compliance with relevant sales terms and specification any longer.

Cosil will bear no responsibilities or liabilities for any safety incidents occurred and/or losses incurred thereof in process of application of the Product. It’s duty of the User to check and make sure it has the latest version of the Technical Datasheet in hand, and Cosil may provide additional data/information(if any) upon the User’s request.
