A&B High Performance Fast Curing Silicone Adhesive C-8024

Product Characteristics:

Speaking of assembly of the electronic parts, electrical appliances, solar energy device components as well as lighting fixtures, it become more and more important for the user to have a silicone adhesive that can be cured faster as the curing speed of common single component RTV silicone bottlenecks the production efficiency of the assembly line. C-8024A&B can be cured real fast, in addition, it has excellent properties for adhesive bonding, electrical insulation and aging-proof, which makes it the most idea solution for the user to ensure efficiency of assembly of electronic parts, electrical appliances and other devices.

Product Characteristics:

It’s a product of two components (4:1 mixture ratio by volume), de-alcoholized, room temperature cured and deeply cured in a real fast manner. It has excellent electrical insulation property and is non-corrosive to metal base material. Taking the form of non-flowing paste, it’s easy and convenient for application. Once cured and formed into the organic silicone elastomer, it’s strongly adhesive to the majority of base materials. It works for a wide range of temperatures (-55℃~200℃) and is fully in compliance with RoHS environmental requirements.

- As adhesive for electronic components parts;

- For sealing frame of the solar energy modules ;     - For assembly of the lighting fixture;

- For assembly of auto parts;                      - For assembly of general parts;

Notes for application:

• Make sure the surface of base material is clean, dry and free from dust, oily stains or other substances that may adversely impact the adhesive property of the Product；
• With the help of a dispensing equipment or by squeezing the tube containing the two components to inject A & B in a mixture ratio of 4:1 by volume and deliver into a mixing tube.
• Apply the mixed silicone on the parts and complete the assembly work a.s.a.p.

Package:

Specimen for test purpose is supplied in a combined unit with each of the components separately packed for a mixture ratio of 4:1, while the Product sold is supplied either with each of the components separately packed in drums or as designated by the customer.

Storage and Shelf Life:

C-8024A has a valid shelf life of 12 months when it’s stored at temperature below 35℃.

C-8024B has a valid shelf life of 6 months when it’s stored at temperature below 25℃.
